Our Story
Hi, I’m Leah—your trusted dog groomer here at Mindful Mutts Dog Grooming in beautiful Bourget, Ontario. With a passion for animals and a calm, caring approach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping dogs look and feel their best.
I’m professionally trained in dog grooming and have completed certified courses in canine care and breed-specific grooming techniques. I started at Petsmart in 2017, moved to a private shop in 2023, and opened my own shop in 2025. Beyond skills and scissors, I believe in building trust with every pup I meet—making their grooming experience as stress-free and gentle as possible.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me exploring nature trails with my son or continuing my studies in pet wellness and spirituality. At Mindful Mutts, your dog isn’t just another appointment—they're family.

Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of every dog. From bath and deshedding to full haircuts, we provide a range of services to ensure your pets are happy and healthy.
Bath and brushing
Includes bath with shampoo, conditioner, blowdry and brush out, ear cleaning, nail trimming or grinding, and accessory. Perfect to do seasonally to get all that extra undercoat out!
Extra small dogs start at $50
Small dogs start at $60
Medium dogs start at $70
Large dogs start at $90
Extra large dogs start at $100
Bath and tidy
Includes bath with shampoo, conditioner, blowdry and brush out, ear cleaning/plucking, nail trimming or grinding, face trim, feet trim, sanitary trim, and accessory. Perfect appointment for in between full haircuts!
Small dogs start at $60
Medium dogs start at $80
Large dogs start at $100
Extra large dogs start at $120
Bath and full haircut
Includes bath with shampoo, conditioner, blowdry and brush out, ear cleaning/plucking, nail trimming or grinding, full haircut and accessory. Full haircuts will be done with the owners request in mind, however the dogs behaviour and condition of the coat will determine what the safest length to go is. Keeping a calm, safe environment is the number one goal. Humanity over Vanity.
